Newborn sleep, whether it is your first or fifth child, can be very overwhelming especially when you are sleep deprived, healing and finding your new rhythm as a family. The Newborn Sleep Package is there to help support you create solid sleep foundations and healthy sleep habits from the start!

This Package includes:

- Newborn questionnaire prior to our meeting

- 90 minute video consultation on Google Meet

- Fully personalised sleep plan

- 2 Weeks of daily WhatsApp support (Monday to Friday)

- 2 x 20-minute phone calls in the weeks following the initial meeting
